Diabetes Directions
As of January 2014 Diabetes Directions will no longer fall under the Diabetes Education Network but will become part of the ACE Diabetes programming.
Here are a few photos from our Monday, December 2, 2013 Diabetes Directions meeting. Several people attended and we had a very well-rounded, informative, fun meeting.
We encourage you to attend our Diabetes Directions meetings at 6:30pm on the first Monday of every month at The New Providence Community Center.
Diabetes Directions is a free support group for people who are at risk of developing Diabetes, who have Diabetes or who simply want to know more.
