A diabetes support group can provide both educational information and emotional support. Such groups can be a great way to meet others and share your common experiences living with diabetes.
Give it a try… come to the next Diabetes Directions meeting – the first Monday of each month. Meetings are free and open to anyone at risk of diabetes, with diabetes, or just interested in learning more.
